Common use of Limits on Use and Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Limits on Use and Occupancy. The premises are to be used only as a private residence for Tenant listed in Clause 1 of this Agreement. Occupancy by 1 out of town guest is allowed without Landlady's consent for up to one week. Frequent overnight guests who also shower and use the washer and dryer causing excess use of resources is prohibited.
