Limits and Usage Clause Samples
The "Limits and Usage" clause defines the boundaries and permitted ways in which a product, service, or resource may be accessed or utilized under the agreement. It typically outlines specific restrictions, such as maximum usage thresholds, geographic limitations, or prohibitions on certain types of activities. For example, it may state that a software license is only valid for a set number of users or that data may not be shared with third parties. The core function of this clause is to prevent misuse or overuse, ensuring that the parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and protecting the provider from excessive or unauthorized exploitation of their offering.
