Limited Use of "Osprey Wilds" Name. The School may not use the name of Osprey Wilds or any assumed name, trademark, division or affiliation of Osprey Wilds in any of the School's promotional advertising, contracts, or other materials without Osprey Wilds prior written consent, except that the School may include the following statement in such materials, "[Name of School] is authorized by Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center." Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 124E.07 Subd. 8(b) the School shall identify Osprey Wilds as its authorizer and provide contact information.
