Limited Testing Clause Samples
The Limited Testing clause restricts the scope and extent of testing that may be performed on a product, service, or system. Typically, it outlines specific parameters such as the types of tests allowed, the duration of testing, or the environments in which testing can occur. For example, it may permit only non-destructive testing or limit testing to certain features or timeframes. This clause serves to protect proprietary information, prevent excessive use or damage, and ensure that testing activities do not interfere with normal operations or exceed agreed boundaries.
Limited Testing. A Rollover Contribution is not an Annual Addition under Section 4.05(A) and is not subject to nondiscrimination testing except as a "right or feature" within the meaning of Treas. Reg. §1.401(a)(4)-4.
