Limited Liability of LP Unitholders. No LP Unitholder (a) shall be required to contribute any capital to the Partnership in excess of his Capital Contribution or (b) shall have any personal liability (i) for contribution to any GP Unitholder who is held personally liable for any debt of the Partnership or (ii) for satisfaction of any Partnership or Program obligation.
