Common use of Limited Consent Clause in Contracts

Limited Consent. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in ss.5 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment No. 9, amending the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997 among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders party thereto, such Amendment being in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Limited Consent. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in ss.5 ss.10 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment No. 910 and Consent, amending the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997 among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders party thereto, such Amendment being in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.B.

Limited Consent. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in ss.5 S10 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment No. 9, amending 3 to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997 1997, among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders lenders party thereto, such Amendment No. 3 being in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Limited Consent. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in ss.5 S11 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment Agreement No. 97 and Waiver, amending the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997 1997, among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders lenders party thereto, such Amendment No. 7 being in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.B.

Limited Consent. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in ss.5 S13 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment No. 9, amending 4 to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11October 28, 1997 1998, among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders lenders party thereto, such Amendment No. 4 being in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in ss.5 Section 4 hereof, the Consignor hereby consents to the execution and delivery by the Consignee of Amendment No. 9, amending 1 and Amendment No. 2 to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 11, 1997 1997, among the Consignee, the Parent, the Dollar Agent and the Lenders party lenders parties thereto, such Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 being in substantially the form forms attached hereto as Exhibit A.Exhibits A and B, respectively.
