Common use of Limitations to Scope Clause in Contracts

Limitations to Scope. The scope of this Agreement does not include Processing, and Diversion of the following: (1) Materials Collected by the Franchised Collector that are not Collected in the regular Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials Collection containers such as, but not limited to: Electronic Materials, Universal Materials, Sharps, and Bulky Items that are Diverted by the Franchised Collector. (2) Acceptable Materials generated in the City which are not Collected by the City or its Franchised Collector.

Limitations to Scope. The scope of this Agreement does not include Processing, Processing and Diversion of the following: (1) Materials Collected by the Franchised Collector that are not Collected in the regular Recyclable Materials, or Organic 803 Materials Collection containers such as, but not limited to: Electronic Materials, Universal Materials, 804 Sharps, and Bulky Items that are Diverted by the Franchised Collector.; nor (2) Acceptable Recyclable Materials generated in the City which are not Collected by the City or its Franchised 806 Collector.
