Limitations on Practitioner Indemnification. Humana, in accordance with 42CFR 422.212 will not contract or otherwise provide, directly or indirectly, for Practitioner or any other individual or organization referenced in 42 CFR 422.212, to indemnify Humana against any civil liability damage caused to a Participant as a result of Humana's denial of medically necessary care.
