Common use of Limitations on Lessor’s Liability Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Lessor’s Liability. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, in the event of any default or breach by Lessor with respect to any of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be observed, honored or performed by Lessor, Lessee shall look solely to the estate and property of Lessor in the land and Building owned by Lessor, including proceeds of sale, insurance, condemnation and rental income from the Building, for the collection of any judgment (or any other judicial procedures requiring the payment of money by Lessor) and no other property or assets of Lessor shall be subject to levy, execution, or other procedures for satisfaction of Lessee’s remedies.
