Common use of Limitations on Approvals Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Approvals. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company’s approval of any Articles for inclusion in, or of materials of any kind for use in connection with the manufacture, distribution, sale, advertising and/or promotion of, any particular collection of Articles shall constitute approval only for inclusion or for such use in connection with such collection and shall not be deemed to constitute approval of such Articles or of any such materials with respect to any other collection of Articles.
