Limitations on Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall the obligations of Participant under this Agreement be any greater than the obligations of Participant as the “Owner” under the OPA and the AARP. The Parties agree that this Agreement is not in any way intended to, and does not, revise, amend or otherwise affect any of the terms, conditions or priority of the OPA or the AARP, nor the enforcement thereof, except as specifically set forth herein. The Parties hereby agree that, except as expressly provided herein, the provisions of the OPA and the AARP shall be and remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
Limitations on Agreement. The Parties agree that this Agreement is not in any way intended to, and does not, revise, amend or otherwise affect any of the terms, conditions, or priority of the Regulatory Agreement, nor the enforcement thereof. The Parties hereby agree that the provisions of the Regulatory Agreement shall be and remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
Limitations on Agreement. The Parties agree that this Agreement is not in any way intended to, and does not, revise or amend the terms of the DDA or the AARP. The Parties hereby agree that, except as expressly provided herein, the provisions of the DDA and the AARP shall be and remain unmodified and in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the DDA or the ARRP, the provisions of the DDA or the AARP, as applicable, shall control.
