Limitations of SDLT Authority. 17.5.1 The parties agree that each cannot set aside their legal responsibilities; therefore, it is understood that unless waivers are made as outlined in Section 17.6, the Leadership Team cannot change: • State and federal laws pertaining to education • Washington Office of Public Instruction Rules & Regulations • Northshore School Board policies and administrative regulations, adopted curriculum, graduation requirements, and district programs • The collective bargaining agreements between any of the employee groups and the School Board • Course alignments across grade levels and schools
