The Company may not sell, lease, furnish, or otherwise provide access to the Information to any person for any purpose, except as described in paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of the Agreement. The Company will not engage in the operation of any illegal business or use or permit anyone else to use the Services or the Information, or any part thereof, for any illegal purpose. The Company may not pre- sent the Services or the Information in any unfair, misleading, or deceptive format.
