Limitation on Publication. Construction Manager must not publish or submit for publication any article, press release, or other writing relating to the Construction Manager’s Services for the Council without prior review and written permission by the Council. The Council review will be completed within thirty (30) days of submission to the Project Manager and, if permission is denied, the Council will provide its reasons for denial in writing.
