Common use of Limitation on Publication Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Publication. The Consultant shall not publish or submit for publication any article, press release, or other writing relating to this Agreement or to the Consultant’s Services being provided to the Judicial Council without prior review and written approval by the Judicial Council. Any request for a review of any such article, press release, or other writing shall be made to the Judicial Council in the form of a Notice. The Judicial Council will endeavor to complete its review within thirty (30) days of submission to the Judicial Council, and, if approval is denied, the Judicial Council will provide reasons for its denial.
