Limitation on Payments. For terminations pursuant to Article 5.3.2 and 5.3.3, the Contract Sum shall be deemed earned only to the extent of an amount that bears to the total Contract Sum the same ratio that the Work in place at the time of termination bears to the total Work, as reasonably determined by the Design Professional, and approved by the Owner.
