Limitation on Partial Recaptures. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.1, the Ceding Company shall not be permitted to effect a partial recapture pursuant to Section 11.1 if, after giving effect to the recapture, the Statutory Reserves would be less than U.S. $100,000,000.
