Permit the fiscal year of the Company to end on a day other than August 31, unless the Company shall have provided to the General Administrative Agent evidence satisfactory to it that such change will have no effect on the calculation of, or compliance by the Company with, the covenants set forth in Section 10.1; or permit the fiscal years of the Company and Holdings to end on different days.
