Limitation on Business Activities. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, engage in any business other than Permitted Businesses; provided that, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary may own Capital Stock of an Unrestricted Subsidiary or joint venture or other entity that is engaged in a business other than Permitted Businesses as long as any Investment therein was not prohibited under Section 4.06.
