Common use of Limitation on Business Activities Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Business Activities. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage in any type of business other than the businesses the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries are engaged in on the date of this Indenture, other business activities within the worldwide transportation, shipping and distribution services industry, and other business activities complementary, incidental or reasonably related thereto.

The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of the Restricted its Subsidiaries to, engage in any type of business other than the businesses business the Company and its consolidated Subsidiaries are engaged in on the date of this Indenture, other business activities within the worldwide transportationshipping, shipping offshore oilfield services and distribution services industryreal estate investment and management industries, and (as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company) other business activities complementary, incidental or reasonably related thereto.

Limitation on Business Activities. The Company shall not, and shall not permit any of the its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage in any type of business other than (i) the businesses the Company Healthcare Service Business and its consolidated Subsidiaries are such business activities incidental or related thereto and (ii) acting as a holding company for companies engaged in on the date of this Indenture, other business activities within the worldwide transportation, shipping and distribution services industry, and other business activities complementary, incidental or reasonably related theretospecified in (i) above.
