Common use of Limitation on Benefits of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Benefits of this Agreement. No person or entity other than the Parties (or their respective successors or assigns as permitted hereunder) is or shall be entitled to bring any action to enforce any provision of this Agreement against either of the Parties, and the covenants, undertakings, and agreements set forth in this Agreement shall be solely for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable only by, the Parties (or their respective successors and assigns as permitted hereunder). Notwithstanding the preceding to the contrary, the Company shall be a third party beneficiary to this Agreement to the extent the provisions herein apply to the Company.
