Limitation on Benefits of this Agreement. Subject to Section 7.5, it is the explicit intention of the Members that no person or entity other than the Members and the LLC is or shall be entitled to bring any action to enforce any provision of this Agreement against any Member or the LLC, and that the covenants, undertakings and agreements set forth in this Agreement shall be solely for the benefit of, and shall be enforceable only by, the Members (or their respective successors and assigns as permitted hereunder) and the LLC.
