Common use of Limitation on Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Adjustments. The Company shall not take any action that would result in an adjustment pursuant to the foregoing provisions in this Section 2 if that adjustment would reduce the Exercise Price below the then par value of the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant. In no event will the Exercise Price be increased other than as a result of a transaction described in Section 2.1(c).
