Limitation of the Service Provider’s Liability towards the Trust. (a) Except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the Service Provider or on the part of any person or firm acting on behalf of the Service Provider in carrying out the services, the Service Provider, with respect to damage caused by the Service Provider to the Trust property (Kiosks, technical data, documents and infrastructure of the Trust) shall not be liable to the Trust:
