Common use of Like for Like Replacement Clause in Contracts

Like for Like Replacement. The Parties hereby agree that Airspan shall be obligated to increase the Stock Products by one piece of the respective part number, if Airspan is more than five (5) days late under section 1.2 of Part Two above, in the repair and return of such part (this shall be accounted by pieces).
