Lighting and Security. Tenant (a) shall have the right to provide security and lighting for the Premises and the ATMs in accordance with the requirements of applicable Law and Tenant’s applicable lighting and security standards; and (b) may provide additional security and/or lighting, or modify its then-existing lighting and/or security improvements for the Premises and the ATMs at any time during the Term of this Lease.
Lighting and Security. A. All interior and exterior lighting shall be LED based for extended lamp life and maintenance costs. B. All exterior lighting shall be dusk to ▇▇▇▇ photocell operated for site security. C. All buildings shall have a 2-inch conduit stub-out for installation of third-party security systems. City of Van Buren Municipal Utilities The Developer or Owner is responsible for installing water service lines for multi-family structures to match each water meter in the correct order of the corresponding property addressing system and in the order of the individual unit addresses, e.g., address 2402A, 2402B, 2402C and 2402D. The Developer or Owner shall provide written verification to VBMU that water services are connected from the meters to the correct unit addresses and shall demonstrate compliance when requested by VBMU. Water service may be disconnected by VBMU until out of order service connections are corrected from the water meter to the unit being served. Confirmation is performed by at least one person operating the water faucets in the unit being served and at least one person observing the flow indicator at the water meter. Where a water service and/or meter connection requires relocation or major repair before the water meter can be installed, an additional fee will be charged. Lighting and Security. Tenant shall have the right to install and maintain all lighting fixtures necessary to comply with California Financial Code Section 13,000 et seq. (i.e., “AB244” or the “ATM Lighting Law”) and to install other fixtures and make alterations to the Premises required to comply with any laws governing the operation of ATMs. Landlord shall reasonably cooperate with Tenant in Tenant’s efforts to comply with the ATM Lighting law. Landlord shall provide lighting in the common areas consistent with lighting provided at comparable projects in the vicinity of the Real Property. Tenant may, at its own expense, install its own security system in the Premises to protect the Premises and Tenant’s employees, customers and other invitees. Tenant shall be solely responsible, at Tenant’s sole expense, for the monitoring, operation and removal of such security system. Any security system installed by Tenant will be for the sole benefit of Tenant and its employees, customers and other invitees and Landlord will have no right to rely on any such security system. Landlord shall establish and follow its own security standards for the common areas and the balance of the Real Property.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Background Screening and Security All Contractor employees, Subcontractors and agents of the Contractor performing work under the Contract must comply with all background screening and security requirements of the Department, as detailed below.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above. See also Section 16 of the General Terms above regarding how the timeliness of your notice impacts your liability for unauthorized transfers.

  • Data and Security If Contractor is granted access to Court Data, Confidential Information or Court Work Locations in the performance of the Work;

  • Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Agreement. Contractor shall be responsible to ascertain from the District the rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.
