Lighting and electrical. Existing fluorescent light fixtures to be moved added as necessary to accommodatenew layout, and provide adequate lighting levels per code for normal office use. Offices, or related suites of offices, will be individually switched. In new walls, Lessor shall provide electrical outlets per code, and a reasonable number of junction boxes with conduits and pull strings for Lessee’s phone data wiring (Lessee its Information Technology contractor shall approve exact locations in the field). Lessee shall be responsible for installing their own phone and data cabling within the Premises.
Lighting and electrical. The landlord will provide at its own cost all lighting receptacles, telephone outlets, lighting and electrical fixtures including exit signs, appliances, and any other equipment. The Tenant will also provide hookups for any special equipment (if any) including reheat coils, exhaust fans, makeup units, hot water tank, electrical heater motor, compressors, communication and computer equipment, etc. The Tenant will also be responsible for all necessary wiring for the aforementioned work from the electrical panel supplied by the Landlord.

A registered electrical engineer will evaluate the site and provide a site plan for locating electrical equipment to serve the bottle filling station and possibly the proposed lighting. Plans and specifications will be provided. Plans will be submitted to the City for review. No other entity is expected to review this project and development review processes will not be required for approval of this project.
