LIGHTERAGE. In the event it is necessary to lighter EPOS's vessel at a discharge port due to the actions of the EPOS, all expenses incurred in connection with such lighterage will be for EPOS's account. The measurement of quantity will be based on mother ship discharge figures. Such lighterage time shall not be counted as used laytime.
