Common use of Light Pollution Clause in Contracts

Light Pollution. 46.4.1 No permanent electric lights are allowed on site. 46.4.2 No lights shall be erected higher than 2 meters. 46.4.3 All lights will be less than the equivalent of a 40-watt incandescent bulb. 46.4.4 All paraffin lamps will be of low-pressure flame type.
