Common use of LIENS AND INSOLVENCY Clause in Contracts

LIENS AND INSOLVENCY. Tenant shall keep its interest in this Lease and any Property of Tenant (other than unattached personal property) and the Premises and the Land free from any liens arising out of any work performed or materials ordered or obligations incurred by or on behalf of Tenant and hereby indemnifies and holds Landlord harmless from any liability from any such lien. Tenant shall have no right or authority to cause or allow the Premises or Land to be subjected to any such lien. Tenant shall provide Landlord written notice of intended construction, alteration or repair work at least twenty (20) days before the commencement thereof to afford Landlord an opportunity to post notices of nonresponsibility.
