Common use of LIENHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

LIENHOLDERS. Occupant represents that he/she owns or has legal possession of the personal property in his/her space(s). For the consideration hereinafter stated, the Owner agrees to let Occupant use and occupy a space as listed above in the self-service storage facility, situated in the city and county listed above in the state of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "Space".
