LIENHOLDERS. All persons with a lien interest in the Subject Properties have executed this Agreement, and those lienholders with a power of sale have subordinated such liens to the position of the BOCC under this Agreement.
LIENHOLDERS. Xxxxxxxxx has provided a title opinion to City listing all lienholders of record as of the date of this Agreement and all such lienholders have signed consents to this Agreement, which consents are attached hereto and made a part hereof.

LIENHOLDERS. Renter represents that he/she owns or has legal possession of the item stored on Premises. LIENHOLDERS. Tenant is hereby directed to disclose to Owner, any lienholders with an interest in property stored on the premises. Tenant agrees to list any Property, and the lienholder's name and address on page 1 of this Rental Agreement. In case of default of this Rental Agreement, Tenant will indemnify and hold Owner harmless for any liability for selling property having a lienholder, which was not disclosed to Owner.
