Common use of Lienable Work Clause in Contracts

Lienable Work. No material excavation, construction, earth work, site work or any other mechanic's lienable work that costs in excess of $125,000 shall be done to or for the benefit of any Property, without Agent's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, except for normal repair and maintenance in the ordinary course of business and except for any such actions which may be taken by a tenant under the Leases or an Omega Mortgagor under the Omega Loan Documents without the consent of Borrowers.
