Common use of Lien Clause in Contracts

Lien. In addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall have, and the Client hereby grants, a continuing general lien on all Securities until the satisfaction of liabilities arising under this Agreement of the Client to the Custodian in respect to any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred in the performance of services under this Agreement.

Lien. In addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall have, and the Client hereby grants, a continuing general lien on all Securities until the satisfaction of liabilities (x) arising under this Agreement of the Client to the Custodian in respect to any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred in the performance of services under this Agreement.Agreement (y) arising under the ISDA Master Agreement between Client and Citibank N.A.

Lien. In addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall have, and the Client hereby grants, a continuing general lien on all Securities Property until the satisfaction of all liabilities arising under this Agreement (whether actual or contingent) of the Client to the Custodian in respect to including any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred in the performance of services under this Agreement.

In addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall have, and the Client hereby grants, a continuing general lien on all Securities until the satisfaction of liabilities arising under this Agreement of the Client to the Custodian in respect to any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred in connection with borrowing by the performance of services under this AgreementClient from the Custodian.

Lien. In To the extent permitted by law and in addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall will have, and the Client hereby grants, a continuing general lien on all Securities until the satisfaction of liabilities arising under this Agreement of the Client to the Custodian in respect to any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred by the Custodian in the performance of performing services under this Agreement.

Lien. In addition to any other remedies available to the Custodian under applicable law, the Custodian shall have, and the Client hereby grantsgrants with respect to itself and severally, but not jointly, each Fund, a continuing general lien on all Securities until the satisfaction of liabilities arising under this Agreement of the Client or any such Fund to the Custodian in respect to any fees and expenses or credit exposures incurred in the performance of services under this Agreement.
