Lien Searches. Promptly following receipt of the acknowledgment copy of any financing statements filed under the Uniform Commercial Code in any jurisdiction by or on behalf of the Secured Parties, deliver to the Administrative Agent completed requests for information listing such financing statement and all other effective financing statements filed in such jurisdiction that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such other financing statements.

Lien Searches. Promptly following receipt of the acknowledgment copy of any financing statements filed under the Uniform Commercial Code in any jurisdiction by or on behalf of the Secured Parties, and upon the reasonable written request of the Administrative Agent, deliver to the Administrative Agent completed requests for information listing such financing statement and all other effective financing statements filed in such jurisdiction that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such other financing statements.

Promptly following receipt of the acknowledgment copy of any financing statements filed under the Uniform Commercial Code UCC or the PPSA in any jurisdiction (or the equivalent in any foreign jurisdiction) by or on behalf of the Secured Parties, deliver to the Administrative Agent Agents completed requests for information listing such financing statement and all other effective financing statements filed in such jurisdiction that name any Loan Party as debtor, together with copies of such other financing statements.
