Common use of Lien Searches and UCC Termination Statements Clause in Contracts

Lien Searches and UCC Termination Statements. Delivery to the Administrative Agent of (A) the results of recent searches, by one or more Persons satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, as set forth in Schedule 5.1(e)(ii) with respect to UCC financing statements and fixture filings and judgment and tax lien filings which may have been made with respect to any personal or mixed property of the Credit Parties, together with copies of all such filings disclosed by such search, and UCC termination statements for filing in all applicable jurisdictions as may be necessary to terminate any effective UCC financing statements or fixture filings encumbering the assets of the Credit Parties (other than any such financing statements or fixture filings in respect of Liens permitted to remain outstanding pursuant to the terms of this Agreement); and
