Common use of Lien Claims Clause in Contracts

Lien Claims. If any mechanic's lien or materialman's lien shall be recorded, filed or suffered to exist against the Property or any interest therein by reason of any work, labor, services or materials supplied, furnished or claimed to have been supplied and furnished in connection with any work of improvement upon the Property, said lien or claim shall be paid, released or otherwise discharged of record to the extent required by, and in accordance with the Loan Agreement.
