Common use of Licensor Technology Clause in Contracts

Licensor Technology. a. The Licensor warrants that it is the owner of all right, title and interest in Letters Patent of the United States, No. 5,623,552 dated April 22, 1997, and entitled Self Authenticating Identification Card With Fingerprint Identification," and has the right to grant licenses to others to manufacture, use, and sell, products covered by the patent, and further warrants that it has the right to license the System to Licensee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. b. Licensor also warrants that it has obtained from Technical Partners a license in the Field of License to receive certain of Technical Partners' Technology to the full extent to which such technology pertains to the subject matter described and claimed in the '552 Patent and has further obtained from Technical Partners the right to sublicense such Technical Partners' Technology in said Field of License to Licensee. c. Licensor fully warrants and shall warrant throughout the term of this Agreement that it has full, unrestricted right to grant to Licensee the rights granted in Article 2.0.
