Authorized Source List Sample Clauses
An Authorized Source List clause defines a specific list of suppliers or vendors from whom certain goods or services must be procured under the contract. In practice, this clause requires the contracting party to purchase only from pre-approved sources, which may be named directly or referenced through an attached schedule. By restricting procurement to vetted suppliers, the clause helps ensure quality, compliance, and reliability, while also reducing the risk of unauthorized or substandard products entering the supply chain.
