Licensor Support Services Sample Clauses
Licensor Support Services. Licensor agrees to provide Support services to the Customer’s technical support team for the Software in accordance with the following terms:
1.1 Ongoing Support entitles Customer to receive assistance in problem identification and resolution for Software, distribution of software change packages, and user and database support related to a Software product. The Customer’s subscribers or end users shall interface with the Customer’s technical support only.
1.2 Licensor shall provide, in a timely manner, whatever services as may be necessary to ensure that the Software remains in conformity with the Specifications and the warranties contained in this Agreement. The scope of such Support services shall include services for and all Software provided by Licensor including, without limitation, interfaces, Updates and new releases. Licensor shall provide remedial maintenance including, without limitation, fault isolation, diagnosis and repair, at any and all Customer facilities using the Software.
Licensor Support Services. Licensor will provide Help Desk to Help Desk support to Licensee on components of the Licensor Service e.g. the iPass Portal, Hosted Authentication Infrastructure.
