Penerima Izin harus menanggung biaya perbaikan yang diperlukan karena kelalaian dari pihak Penerima Izin atau pegawainya.
(3) Atas biaya sendiri, menyediakan, memasang, ▇▇▇ mengizinkan Penerima Izin untuk menggunakan peralatan yang terdaftar, ▇▇▇ peralatan tambahan dengan ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ serupa bila diperlukan untuk pengembangan yang disetujui oleh Pejabat Bagian Perizinan. Pemberi Izin akan mengganti peralatan yang telah disediakannya, bilamana dianggap perlu. Sebagai subyek yang mencukupi jalannya usaha ▇▇▇ penggunaan peralatan oleh Penerima Izin, Pemberi Izin akan mengganti bagian komponen, ▇▇▇ melakukan perbaikan terhadap peralatan tersebut.
