LICENSOR CONTROL Sample Clauses

The LICENSOR CONTROL clause establishes the licensor's authority to oversee, direct, or restrict certain activities or uses related to the licensed subject matter, such as intellectual property or technology. In practice, this clause may require the licensee to obtain the licensor's approval before making modifications, sublicensing, or engaging in specific uses of the licensed material. Its core function is to ensure the licensor maintains oversight and control over how their property is used, thereby protecting their interests and preserving the value and integrity of the licensed rights.
LICENSOR CONTROL. Licensor shall be responsible for and shall control the preparation, prosecution and maintenance of all copyrights and patent rights pertaining to the Licensed Work. Upon Licensor’s request, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for all documented expenses (including legal fees, filing and maintenance fees or other governmental charges) incurred in connection with the filing, prosecution and maintenance of any such rights.
LICENSOR CONTROL. In licensing the use of the Arena to Licensee, it is understood that Licensor does not relinquish the right to control the management thereof and to enforce all necessary rules and regulations. The decision of Licensor's representative as to the number of persons that can safely and freely move about in the Arena shall be final.
