Licensing for OTHER Sellers. I. The requirement to seek an export/import authorization from a relevant government agency may apply even if your company is not required to register in your country. If your company is required to register, such registration may not automatically confer export rights or privileges, and may only be a precondition to the issuance of an export/import authorization. Your company may be required to request and obtain authorization from a relevant government agency for every permanent and temporary export and temporary import of defense articles and/or services. This authorization may be in the form of a license, agreement or exemption.
