Common use of Licenses Granted to Agios Clause in Contracts

Licenses Granted to Agios. Celgene hereby grants to Agios a non-exclusive, non-royalty-bearing, non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 15.4), worldwide right and license in the Field, with the right to grant sublicenses solely to Affiliates and Third Party Contractors subject to Section 8.4(a):
