Common use of Licensee to Comply with all Commonwealth and NSW State Laws Clause in Contracts

Licensee to Comply with all Commonwealth and NSW State Laws. (a) The Licensee must comply with the requirements of all Statutes, regulations or by-laws and requirements of all relevant public and local authorities in so far as they apply in relation to the use and occupation of the Premises to the extent to which the Licensee is bound at law to comply with the same and nothing in this Licence affects this obligation.
