Licensee Responsible. Licensee shall be responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of Licensee’s employees, temporary employees, officers, directors, consultants, agents, Affiliates, subsidiaries, sublicensees, sublessees, and subcontractors in connection with the performance of this Agreement, as if such acts or omissions were Licensee’s acts or omissions.
