Common use of Licensee Assistance in Maintaining Trademarks Clause in Contracts

Licensee Assistance in Maintaining Trademarks. The Licensee shall on request give to The Open Group or its authorized representative any information as to its use of the Trademarks which The Open Group may reasonably require and will (subject to the provisions of Clause 7 below) render any (non-monetary) assistance reasonably required by The Open Group in maintaining the applications, registrations, and/or common law rights of the Trademarks. Such information shall be subject to the provisions of Clause 12 below where applicable.

Licensee Assistance in Maintaining Trademarks. The Licensee shall on request give to The Open Group or its authorized representative any information as to its use of the Trademarks which The Open Group may reasonably require and will (subject to the provisions of Clause 7 below) ), at The Open Group’s expense, render any (non-monetary) assistance reasonably required by The Open Group in maintaining the applications, registrations, and/or common law rights of the Trademarks. Such information shall be subject to the provisions of Clause 12 below where applicable.
