Common use of Licensed Technology Clause in Contracts

Licensed Technology. In addition to all other Licensed Technology (as defined in the License Agreement) which is already identified as being covered by the License Agreement, the Licensed Technology shall also include the additional patent-related matters identified in Exhibit A attached hereto, as well as the additional technology and know-how identified in the documents described in Exhibits B (1) and B(2) attached hereto, to the extent such technology and know-how are described by Section E of the Extension Agreement.

Licensed Technology. In addition to all other Licensed Technology (as defined in the License Agreement) which is already identified as being covered by the License Agreement, the Licensed Technology shall also include the additional patent-patent- related matters identified in Exhibit A attached hereto, as well as the additional technology and know-how identified in the documents described in Exhibits B (1) and B(2) attached hereto, to the extent such which technology and know-how are described by Section E of have resulted from research pursuant to the Extension Research Agreement.
