Licensed Software Exchange. As long as a current Agreement is in place, Contractor shall fulfill State’s request to exchange the Licensed Software for other available Contractor-owned software products that have pricing, features, and functionality substantially similar to those products licensed by State. Such determination shall be under the control of the State.
