Licensed Field Development Reports. BMS shall provide to Alder a written report which summarizes the status and progress in the Development of Licensed Product in the Licensed Field under the Licensed Field Development Plan every [***], in sufficient detail for Alder to determine whether BMS has met its obligations under Section 3.1. For such purpose, BMS shall provide Alder with additional information relating to the Development of Licensed Product in the Licensed Field as reasonably requested by Alder.
